At Rütten, a German auction house, they sell on 17 April 2015 an "Old Master, 17th century, Italy" depiction of "Harmony, playing putti", dated 1669 and estimated at 1,500 Euro. UPDATE: sold for 1,600 Euro.
It looks to be a "Young Bacchus" instead, a topic which is often depicted playing with a goat. The style and composition is reminiscent of works by Jan van Neck, so not really Italian either, but it isn't good enough to be an original Neck. The date of 1669 fits in quite nicely with his work though.
