"Flemish Master, ca. 1520" is a follower of Cornelis Engebrechtsz.

Lempertz, from Germany, sells on 20 September 2017 a "Flemish Master, ca. 1520" Christ and Veronica, estimated at 4,000 to 5,000 Euro.

This work is listed at the RKD as "current location unknown" and made by a follower of Cornelis Engebrechtsz, first half of the 16th century. It is nice to see it reappear now after some 50 years.

Another version of the same work, also attributed to Engebrechtsz., is also listed at the RKD. It can be found in Alveston House, in the UK. It has nearly the same dimensions and seems to be made by the same artist or workshop.

Follower of Van Kessel

At Herry in Beaune, France, they sell on 12 April 2015 a "Flemish School, 18th century" still life with monkey (actually a pair of still lifes), estimated at 600 Euro.

The first of the two works is a copy of or variation of the work of Jan Van Kessel. The quality is clearly not there to attribute it to him, but the inspiration can not be doubted.

The above, also by a follower of Van Kessel but clearly a better work than what is offered here, was sold at Weschler's in 2006 for $17,000.

Of these other two variations I could only find small images. The uppermost is a Jan Van Kessel from the University of Virginia Art Museum. The lower one was sold as by Jan Van Kessel III.

Manner of Sano di Pietro

Correctly described, but interesting and unusual: at 25 Blythe Road, a London based auctioneer, they sell a Madonna and Child painting in the Manner of Sano di Pietro, estimated at £800 to £1,200. If the painting has anything resembling the age of a real Sano di Pietro or is even slightly younger, it is a nice bargain. Of course, if it 19th or 20th century, then it depends on whatever you believe it is worth as decoration.

A real Sano di Pietro is better, but it is a simplified kind of painting which lends itself to copying. The one for sale looks convincing enough to me from a picture (high resolution, check out the link), but it's a style I like but don't know enough about, so judge for yourself. The one for sale is highly detailed, for a fake or copy a lot of effort has gone into it, and I would guess that it is really an old and fairly skilled follower of Di Pietro. In that case, it should be worth a lot more.
