Buland? Buland!

At Neals, an English auctioneer, they sell on 20 May 2015 a "Buland?" estimated at £1,000 to £1,500.

No idea why they call it a Buland?, it is signed and seems quite acceptable as a late work of Jean Eugene Buland (1852-1926), a French painter whose most expensive painting made more than $300,000: but this work is probably worth some £3,000. UPDATE: and it sold for £3,500!
